This site is operated directly by Warren Oldfield, a licensed California real estate broker (DRE No. 01346917) doing business in Visalia and the Central Valley — it is not run by a marketing agency or third-party platform, and information submitted here goes to Warren directly.

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect whatever you provide: your name, phone number (optional), email address, the property type you're asking about, and your message.
Browsing & Cookies
Like most websites, basic technical information (such as your browser type and IP address) is logged by our web host for security and performance purposes. A cookie-consent tool also stores your cookie preference once you make a choice, so the banner doesn't reappear on every visit.

Third-Party Services
