About Warren
From jobsite
to closing table.
Warren Oldfield spent years building before he ever sold a single property — and it still shows in how he works.
"My construction and development background, along with industry connections, allows me to help buyers, sellers, and builders navigate real real estate decisions."
Warren's real estate career began in 2002, when his family's contracting business was sold. Years spent in commercial construction — and encouragement from local industry professionals — led him into commercial, industrial, and land real estate and development.
Since then, he's been part of numerous residential and industrial land development projects, industrial real estate sales and leasing, and residential and industrial construction projects.
That background changes what a transaction looks like in practice. He can walk a site and get a real sense of what it would take to retrofit a building, size up whether a parcel is actually build-ready, or flag a construction cost most brokers wouldn't think to ask about.
If he can't help you directly, he'll connect you with one of his trusted local industry partners. The goal has never been a one-time sale — it's a long-term relationship.
